From WCW Nitro--Spring 2000. This is in the midst of the brief "Russo-Bischoff Era." Allegedly, Russo is forcing Liz to face Daffney. Liz comes out to Russo's "Iron Man" theme--dressed in a black T-shirt and camos. We are told that this is Liz's first match. Daffney comes bouncing to the ring in a "Liz Will Die!" shirt. Funny stuff as Daffney hits the ring and repeatedly runs in circles. She looks tired. Scott Hudson refers to Daffney as the "Towny Terror." Whatever. Daffney finally stops her running and Liz "paintbrushes" her. Daffney falls ... Liz hits two snap-mares and starts choking Daffney in the corner when Madusa runs in, grabbing Liz's hair. Quick match. Liz wins by DQ. Daffney bails. Madusa and Liz are facing off when Mona (Molly Holly) runs in, attacking Madusa. Liz bails. Mona hits a few kicks but Madusa reverses a bulldog attempt into a powerbomb. Nice spot. Madusa dominates Mona with some kicks as we see Liz lurking outside. Now, keep in mind, someone started ringing the bell the moment Mona ran into the ring. Very annoying. Almost 60 seconds by this point. Liz runs in with a chair as Madusa is distracted. Liz gets in a weak chair shot. Thankfully, the bell ringing ceases the second Liz pops Madusa with the chair. Hudson suggests that Liz learned these dirty tactics from "years with the 'Macho Man'." R&B Security come down and escort Liz away ... end of segment.
