To whom it may concern,
The biggest problem facing the WCW is finding the individual strong enough to make all the calls within the organization irrespective of their own ego personification. What I mean by this is really quite simple. When the goal of the WCW is to entertain the people by using wrestlers as characters to achieve an interesting & compelling story line, you have a shot at competing with Vince. Wrestlers should not be involoved in the in the decision making process. Their input should be welcome but only used as it pertains to the story at hand. The fundamental flaw in the WCW is too many chiefs and not enough indians. Eric is not the answer because he is still a "MARK" for all the boys. He is a frustrated wrestler wannabe who manifests his lack of ability to wrestle by booking those he loves, regardless of what impact that may have on the buisness or company. Maybe someday the WCW will open its eyes to the fact that there are great minds that are not in use, without revisiting all the old ideas of Eric or any of the other ego driven minds that has brought the WCW to where it is today. I know that Eric will dismiss this letter as the ramblings of a lunatic, however; I can give you 80 million reasons a year to listen to what I have to say. I have said all I am willing to say in this format. Should this letter make it to some one other than Eric who might be interested in hearing more. Lets talk.
Sincerely Maxx Payne
